I have a B650e Taichi Lite and have a alarm noise in my headphones. It sounds similar to a backup alarm on a dump truck. The sounds occurs when connected to the line out jack, but not when using a USB adapter. This is consistent across two headphones and one set of earbuds. The volume of the alarm sound is consistent, and does not seem to change when media playback is loud or quiet. The alarm sound stops when all media playback stops and resumes when media playback resumes, even if media is very very quiet. Yesterday I updated to the latest bios.
