(Not surprising - this seems to be telling me the system is unable to detect memory.<br /><br />When I install memory and try to boot, I get no beeps and nothing comes up on the monitor. (I'm using onboard video, no video card.)<br /><br />I'm pretty sure that the issue is 'bad' / unsupported memory.<br /><br />Before I go out and purchase new memory, I'm hoping someone else can concur.]]>

I don't know if they still do that, but have you looked for it?<br /><br />If it is there, and it's pre-3.20, you'd have to borrow an older CPU (3000-series Matisse or 4000-series Rembrandt preferred) to update the BIOS.  AMD might still have boot-kit program, where they let you borrow an older CPU.<br />]]>
