Found the solution after digging AsRock support.

My problem solved after installing the Killer Performance from intel:

Hi all,

I just bought AsRock Z790 Nova WiFi. It said there is pre-installed LAN driver so we just need update other drivers through windows. But I believe my problem is that the LAN driver is not installed on my motherboard.
