Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


AB350M Pro4 supports NVMe SSD as boot disks.

We test the Samsung 960 PRO 512GB M.2, it can work properly on BIOS P3.30.


We would like to provide some suggestions for verifying.
1. Please refer to user manual page 27 to clear CMOS.

2. Please install Samsung 960 Pro M.2 on another system to check.
3. Please re-flash BIOS P3.30 by instant flash to check.

4. If possible, please install another NVME SSD to verify.

The Samsung 960 PRO NVME drive is not recognized by the BIOS.
Updated BIOS to the latest 3.3 version and drive still not recognized.
I have tried a variety of settings and the AB350M Pro4 manual is no use how to get the NVME drive to be recognized in the BIOS. 
Please advise what else I can try ? 
I would like to boot off the NVME drive.
