I can't start it when csm is disabled. the screen does not come

My 6900 xt graphics card starts with csm disabled.

I bought a mining ASRock Phantom Gaming D Radeon RX 580 8G OC but there seems to be a problem, it does not open with uefi, for example, it did not work with a320m motherboard but it worked with b550m and h81a ddr3 motherboard.

I will send you my rom file, where can I find the original?
