This question has been asked and answered in countless threads on this forum but I can repeat it again here. There are only 2 options for a bricked board with a soldered BIOS ROM:

1. Return the board under warranty for replacement/repair.
2. Use an external ROM flasher with a clamp to reflash the BIOS with a working version.

For the first option (which I recommend) you need to contact ASRock Tech Support here:

For the second option you will need to search Youtube for a tutorial, if you do not have experience working with 3rd party external ROM programmers I would not advise this route. It requires purchasing the correct tools and a lot of research. Critism and speculation. Sadly we post for answers. My motherboard was doing a bios update with a 1000W PSU, correctly as someone asked. And the board was resetting for whatever reason, problem seemed to had gone so I tried to do a bios update from 4.90 to 5.**. I was able to read "Do Not Turn Off..." then the motherboard decided to reset...

Now, again, question OP asked, over 3 months ago, still applies...

Is there a fix, keep critism's and speculations to a minimum as this is a forum to help others not to slander and insult them on something they wish to fix... Every community has to be a Negative Nancy, why do you think this one should too?

No I didn't use a pencil to tighten up the Flange-valve on the DDR2 adapter to be compatible with DDR4 (joke).
