Hi all,

Thanks in advance for your time.

I have a problem regarding the use of ddr3 2666 ram.

my rig:

Intel i7-3770K 
GTX 670 4gb
Z77 Extreme4 Mobo.

I earlier on used f3 12800CL9D 8GBRL G Skill Ripjaw Ram. So, I had 16gb of ram. (4X 4GB)

Because I work a lot with 4k film materials, I want to upgrade to 32gb of ram.

So I bought F3 2666C12Q 32GTXD G Skill TridentX+ Ram. (4X 8GB)

When using the ram, it runs, but only at 1333 mhz.

In bios I tried tips I found online, as increasing ram volt and I updated the bios to Z77 Extreme4(2.80)ROM.zip.

I also applied XMP profile 1.

All settings are currently back to stock, as my computer refused to boot.

I hope you guys can help me out!
