Instant flash should contain only 1 file when unzipped. Mobo flasher should pick the file.

Unless, you've formatted your USB drive with a crazy file system. Try with FAT16 or FAT32.

I have an ASROCK AB350M Pro4 running BIOS version 3.00 

I have downloaded the 3.10 and 3.30 instant flash and windows update files. I am unable to update the bios... always says no files found. 

When updating the unziped file is the only file on the USB stick. 
Please advise.
