    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=40223">Hippe</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 72251<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11 Oct 2024 at 10:51pm<br /><br />Hi, thanks for your reply.<br /><br />I did what you said and it worked. the cold start is now just as long as the warm start, with EXPO 6000 and aggressive mode.<br /><br />But when I changed &lt; Base Clock Control Mode &gt; from Auto to &lt; Cpu Clock Overclocking, PCIE=100 &gt; set both values to disabled, the cold start took longer again.<br /><br /><br />so I assume that this setting was the problem all along and not the ram training at all.<br />]]>

Clear CMOS alone often isn't enough.<br /><br />I would try removing power from the system, pull the CMOS battery, clear CMOS<br />then let it sit for 10 mins or so without power connected. You could have bad<br />training data stored. ]]>
