I was getting blue screen stop codes reset every 30 seconds too. And they were related to kernel security, memory management etc. It could be that our computers automatically downloaded the supposed "brick" updates from Microsoft before they were rolled back from AMD systems. Do they only effect old AMD systems? who knows...

Btw I was running BIOS P4.20 but it's not there anymore. I've got another PC and I've tested all components and they work. It's just an i5 750 but it works fine. I'm wondering if this is related to the CPU vulnerabilities
I'm completely out of ideas here though.

These symptoms are happening on BOTH of the computers I built with these exact components. Everything I write below is happening to both.

When I first built them, the PC would turn on, wait for 30 seconds, then power cycle over and over. I never had anything on my display. I realized that the type of RAM I got wasn't listed on the motherboard's supported list, so I ordered different RAM that is. Now the new RAM is in, and the computer doesn't power cycle anymore but I get nothing on the display. The monitor doesn't detect a signal at all, it's not just a black screen. I know Ryzen CPUs don't have IGPU, I'm only using the GPU.

I've tried everything I can think of, reseating RAM, CPU, GPU, removing/re-plugging power cables, etc. The RAM is properly seated, I know other places have said it often needs to be tighter than you'd think, but it's definitely connected. Nothing works at all. I have no clue what's going on, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
