Are you guys presenting problems of DPC latency or audio-stuttering, regardless to NVIDIA SERIES 10? such GTX 1060?

I'm starting to worried about my EVGA GTX 1060

So i really wish someone here can help me i made a thread in EVGA asking for help tested 3 GPU (XFX 9600+ EVGA GTX 580 + current EVGA GTX 1060) and the XFX 9600 doesn't present problems, them SORA from Nvidia forums told me about probably this motherboard the PLX are causing issues over the PCIE?EXPRESS slot maybe? and i need a RMA?
