Hello, I have yet to see an answer that works for me on any forum so i thought id make a new post about this problem

the mother board is:

Z690M-ITX/ax

the website to download bios should be:

https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z690M-ITXax/index.asp#BIOS


5 or 6 months ago i downloaded version 18.03

Ever since that update every single bios file newer or older is now an invalid file.

It's also weird that 18.03 is delisted from the website above.

Asrocks customer service is a pain. looking for an answer here before i go that route.

Any ideas aside from clearing cmos, making sure you have the right rom, making sure your usb is formatted correctly, etc?

Neither USB nor instant flash via rom in C: works.
