If you are not getting any error beeps then it is quite likely that the iGPU is working but HDMI is not detecting your display. I usually use the DVI port when testing as it is the most likely to not have compatibility issues. You can also try a different HDMI cable, there are different spec cables and some may not work with the HDMI out on your board.

I have a good PSU (Corsair CS 650 M) and it's only two years old.

I'm having a hard time trying to find what is going on with this almost brand new system (new parts: H170 Pro4 + i5 7400 + 2x Patriot 4GB DDR4 2400 MHz)

It shouldn't be any of the new parts, but trying any ram module will cause no beeps but also no output image. Fans run fine and leds turn on btw.

Edited by Ferdam - 24 Jan 2018 at 4:12am

A single sharp beep will happen when post concludes if both are set up. A lot of people prefer to only hear beeps when something is wrong so it is often disabled by default. Any multiple beep indicates a problem and the pattern of the beep represents different POST issues.

Let us know how it goes
