Wow that board was made back in 2004-2005. Most likely the board has gone bad due to age or the PSU has failed (or both)....

Hello,
my system has Asrock P4I45GV Motherboard. my problem is it power on automatically, trip after a few second and on again automatically, but nothing seen on monitor, monitor power on. keyboard also power off. All the things running(processor, hard disk, cd drive).
