Pc was originally working but occasionally crashed when under high loads

The problem would only happen under the high loads but now happens upon boot

Fans go into high speed when this issue occurs

I have replaced the psu as it was giving me issues earlier, I?™ve used the bios flashback and updated the bios

Went through AMD RMA and they sent me a new one but still having this issue

GSkill Flare X5 (2x16)
Nividia RTX 3060TI Founders Edition
EVGA 1000 Watt Supernova
