usually all from the 'oc tweaker tab'

 set ram volts ,and then go into sub menu for ram timings and speed (speed will be listed at half here ,e.g. 3200 mhz says 1600

I change the DRAM Frequency to 3200 and save and reboot and confirm its saved
I boot Memtest86 7.4 https://www.memtest86.com/ off a usb
It continues to run the test at 3600 speeds which fails after a few minutes and i cant get my computer to run at 3200 or 3466 

CPU: Ryzen 1600X
Motherboard: ASRock AB350 Pro
BIOS: 4.60 I set all setting default before and AFTER flash

Load XMP Setting --> XMP 2.0 Profile 1
XMP 2.0 Profile 1: DDR4 -3600 16-16-16-36 1.35V

DRAM Frequency DDR4-3200   DDR4-3200
