Reason being, i built the entire machine in the case, wouldnt power on, and broke it all down, ran all troubleshooting(CMOS reboot, swapping parts, PSU's, nothing changed), returned the board, got a new one and still running into the same issue.

When i go to power on, all that happens is a flashing blue light on the board. No power to fans, including CPU fan. Again, tried multiple PSU's. Nothing but a flashing blue light and no power to any components. Everything is plugged in correctly. I have even tried only using 4 pins for the CPU, same flashing blue light.

Please help as I am at a loss here as to what to do aside from buying a different mobo completely. . This is one of the few boards that holds 128gb ram and is a gaming board also, which is sorely needed for the work i need to do
