Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


There are some suggestions for trying.

1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS firstly. (Page 32)

2. Please install your memory two sticks on A2 and B2 slot.
 
3. Load XMP profile and select DDR4-3600 speed. Then press F10.
 
4. Increase a little DRAM voltage.
 
5. Try to loose DRAM timing.

Please be notice: The O.C. mode is not guaranteed. It depends on whole system configuration and other parameters.

I caught that too.

Yet ASRocks QVL for this boards lists this kit, 3466 tops.

here u can check which boards (in qvl) will support rated speed (xmp)

they can work in other boards, but usualy they dont

Hello,

I bought the ''G.Skill Ripjaws 5 16Gb F4-3600C16D-16GVK CL16 Dual Channel Kit'', and used it on the ''Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming''
The issue is that the memories don't work at the frequency, only work at 3200Mhz.
Please help, thank you in advance!
