According to your audio question, we provide some suggestions for checking:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and load BIOS default via [F9] key to verify.
 
2. Remove other audio devices, only plug a speaker to rear audio to verify.
 
3. Uninstall the Audio driver from control panel>program first and then reinstall the driver below to verify.

4. If possible, please reinstall OS or install another HDD/SSD with clean OS to verify.
 
5. If possible, please install other sound devices to verify.

AB350 Gaming K4 does not recognize headphones or speakers from rear IO. 
Does recognize from front panel.
When play video (e.g. youtube) or sound (e.g. music CD) on Win10 64 will return with unspecified error or stop player.
Restart of application does not help.
