The mobo booted again , but the problem appeared again.

The interesting is that due to the speakers picking up some electric surges i can hear some noise some times,
So before the problem appeared the computer closed by 'hearing' a distinct 'surge' in the noise and
after that i couldnt boot  and the power leds kept flashing.

After an hour or so i booted but again i was asked to set up time.

So whats wrong with my new mobo ?

My mini-itx J3455B wont boot.

Power led is flashing ,like 1 or 2 times per sec.

Worked ok so far (i bougth it 1 month ago) with minor glitches :

1) Some times time(that i had already set in bios was reset and prompted me to enter it again
by asking me just after powering my pc on to press F1 or F2.
2) Some times i had the impression that after pressing the power button , kinda  shutting down and
rebooting again (power leds were going off for 1-2 seconds in the start.
3) Yesterday i close the computer by pressing for 5 secs the power switch on the case.
