I'm literly dying here.
Here us my setup

EVGA GTX Titan X
64gig DDR4 2133 ECC (8 sticks) just 1 stick installed on place 1

1? SSD 256 gig Samsung

New mobo.
New power supply.

CPU is a Intel Xeon 2600v3

I tried already different GPU. Same code.
I unplug the power from the GPU, then I got 61.

After that. I reset the CMOS

Now after let it sitnfor an hour. Putting back the jumper, the battery and power cable. I still get the 99.

I have no post on my screen. Nada.

Sitting all day in front of it already and I don't know what to do next :(

Help please :(
