Author: betterdayz
Subject: 7732
Posted: 19 Feb 2018 at 6:00am

Hey guys,

Computer randomly stops working for no reason a week ago. I tried to restart it by clearing the CMOS, resetting the CPU, The motherboard LEDs light up but hitting the power button, the PC start and it is stuck a the boot with the error code 07. I am aware this error code is related to memory, so i bought a pair of 8GB memory and tried to fit them in. same issue, stuck with the error code 07. i also boot with 1 stick of RAM, nok. The only thing i guess i haven't done is trying with another PSU. I am pretty sure that my PSU is ok, i removed the GPU but nothing seems to work. At this point, I'm not sure if the mobo or CPU is dead. Any suggestions before I RMA this back to Asrock?

Thanks
