This mb doesnt have any Soc Voltage presets.if you Will set memory frequency above 2133 Soc Voltage Will be set 1.1 automatically. Is the issue with ram voltage being too low or too high ?

I had patriot Viper 4 3200mhz 2x8gb samsung-based sticks. Only changing them to hyperx 2133(hynix) solved freezing problem. Try rma the board if you don't want to have any ram compatibility issues. I think that all ab350m pro4 has some problems with ram Voltage. Having headaches for last 4 days with this brand new build

Asrock AB350M pro 4
Ryzen 5 2400G
Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3400MHz 16GB (2 x 8GB) RAM
M.2 Micron M550 256GB

Note - Ram passes memtest 86+ at 2933Mhz (tested twice). It is samsung b-die (checked with Thaiphoon Burner). Ram in slots A2/B2.

I have been facing random freeze's in Windows 10 x64 while browsing, using file explorer and everything else. No bsod, it just hangs or freezes. and I have to power cycle off and on. The SSD was formatted and windows installed fresh. This freezing happens with the below
- both bios 4.50 & beta bios 4.63
- ddr4 speeds of 2133 & 2933
- AMD chipset drivers recommended by Asrock and latest AMD chipset driver 18.10
- tried reformatting and installing windows thrice
-all windows updates installed

Do I have a faulty motherboard ? and should I rma the motherboard....?

All suggestions welcome
