Dear Meiyou,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


According to your question, we install the same A8-9600 CPU to verify the Dual monitor display.
 
Please refer to our test result; we can configure a dual monitor system with A320M-HDV successfully.
 
There is no further option should be adjusted under BIOS setup, just make sure the VGA driver has been installed properly.




If the symptom stills the same, we provide some suggestions for verifying:
 
1. Please enter to the BIOS setup and then load BIOS default via [F9] Key.
2. Uninstall the VGA driver and reinstall it as below to verify.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/AMD/VGA/AMD_VGA(v16.50.2601_VGA).zip
3. Connect one monitor by turns to check if both monitors are functional.
4. If possible, please install other monitors to verify.

I installed the A320M-HDV with A8-9600 apu.
However only one monitor is recognized by the system in WIN10 64bit.
Either the DVI-D or the D-Sub work individually however not together and the system won't detect the second monitor. 
How can I enable the dual monitor set up?
