Guys I had same problem with my X870 Taichi. One day suddenly my LAN stopped working. No solution would work, I ended up buying USB->Ethernet dongle.

Some time later my Bluetooth stopped working, just gone from system. Tried all, reinstalling, BIOS etc. All seemed fine but it just wasn't there.

AND!

I found a solution in a different topic on this board by someone using older board years ago.

THE SOLUTION IS:

Unplug the power cable completely, leave the PC for a couple minutes like that, discharge all that might be left. According to the Realtek - Ethernet Diagnostic Utility under Cable I have varying wire pairs that are shorted, open or normal when (good)cable is connected and pairs 1-2, 3-6 short and pairs 4-5 & 7-8 open when no cable connected. Had it automagically fix itself for a few hours then back to not working. It connected at 100 and had only one pair shorted then all went normal and was @ 1000. Same issue, motherboard installed on Nov 25, 2024 , ethernet port working no problem by Dec 5th, 2024 the ethernet port does not connect.

Checked the network cabling with other devices all work but no activity lights when plugged into the X870E ethernet port 5G.

Note that this fixes it completely for me I don?™t advise turning off flow control however.
