It has an ASRock AM1B-ITX motherboard, an AMD Athlon 5350 APU and it runs Windows 7 Pro 64-bit (which keeps it relevant to this board, topic and thread).

Under System Devices I see one entitled "PCI Bus". Its driver details are as follows:

 Driver Provider: Microsoft

 Driver Date: 21/06/2006

 Driver Version: 6.1.7601.17514

So, confirmed it isn't an Intel driver, but neither is it an AMD one. Do you have the option to roll back your driver? Or maybe uninstall it and let Windows re-install it? Is there anything else you'd like me to check?

I have 25 PCI and PCI Express-related devices listed under System Devices. I've checked at least one of each of the types and they are all using Microsoft drivers dated 21/06/2006. I suspect any discrepancies are due to you running Windows 7, which isn't officially supported by either AMD or ASRock, while I'm running Windows 10. If it works though, it's probably fine.
