I have tried changing them via the app but it's completely unresponsive to color change and when I turn them off the program just freezes. If I try to control the LEDS via the bios it says that the LEDS is off and if I set it to static or something the color scheme is greyed out.

I also tried flashing the LED chip and tihs is the output I get

The LEDS also stays on even when the computer is turned off with it didn't do before.
