I've seen that the G.Skill modules on the QVL can achieve 3066 and that's why I took it for a spin to see if it will give me errors in memtest, which it didn't. It's close enough to 3200 that I'm happy with it, because I honestly don't have the time to try to get it on 3200 and tweak voltages and whatnot to get it to be stable.

Could it be stable again on 3200 like it once was? Maybe. Am I willing to test it? Not really.

Thanks for the help man, I really appreciate it. I'll try some games now, to see if everything plays smoothly.

You can't easily prove the positive, only the negative. Why 3066? It seems (at first sight) an odd choice. You're overclocking your uncore but not achieving the full potential of the RAM. Is that as fast as it will go? I ask because I thought you had it stable at 3200 earlier. Since you're overclocking the uncore have you tried giving it a little more voltage - that's SoC voltage, not core voltage. Of course, if you're reaching 3066 without any additional tweaking and you're happy with that or you don't like the idea of the scary warning about damaging the chip and voiding your warranty, then I completely understand.

You shouldn't need to rewind any earlier than that. If you want to go all the way back to 3.10 I'd definitely go via 3.60 - I don't know if it's strictly necessary but I'm sure it's safer. Don't waste your time with 4.40 as it's badly broken in a number of places and for that reason, since I have a 2400G, I don't have any other option than 4.43.

After that, I stopped playing it and thought it's just a broken build. Then, I installed a similar build, but newer and it happened again. That's when I knew I should stop using those builds of it. After that, I restarted my PC and whatnot and played the new FFXV demo and then it happened again. I read only about it and people were saying to update to the latest BIOS, which I did. That's why I'm on the newest one. But it kept happening even after that and only then did I try downclocking the memory.

The only thing I can think of that I changed before I tried this with the memory is that I installed an NMVe SSD and removed a hard drive and a normal SSD. That's literally the only thing I can think of, everything else stayed the same.

How do I downgrade? Go from this beta one to 3.60 and then to 3.10 which was the one I had before upgrading anything?

Assuming you mean G.Skill F4-3200C16D-8GVKB I'm afraid it isn't on the QVL. In fact there isn't any G.Skill RAM qualified for 3200 operation. That doesn't mean it won't do it but you have less cause for complaint if it won't.

Obviously something has changed but you're the only one who might have an idea about that. My thought is, did you recently upgrade the BIOS? Obviously you did because L4.43 has only recently been made available - I was waiting anxiously for it myself. But does that coincide with your BSOD incidents? Since you have a Summit Ridge Ryzen you could revert to 3.60, which is probably the most appropriate for your processor anyway. In fact, I would ask why you're running 4.43 at all?
