SOLVED:

BIOS/Advanced/ACPI Config/USB keyboard/remote power on - change to "enabled".

That did the trick.

I have a Logitech Wireless keyboard G520 and a wireless mouse.

I can't seem to get into BIOS.

I got "X boost" turned on, and it is causing freeze ups causing me to have to restart.

So... the board seems to not be accepting my "D" key input to turn off X boost, nor can I get directly into BIOS to shut it off manually. It seems the Keyboard is not talking to the motherboard during boot up.

Help needed....
