Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


There are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS. (Page 27)

2. Please try with all USB 3.0 ports. (front and rear)
 
3. If possible, please change another front USB3.0 panel.
 
4. If possible, please install another USB 3.0 device to check if the symptom stills the same.
 
5. If possible, please install your USB 3.0 external drive on another system for verifying.

I installed a new AB350M pro4 motherboard.
One day, my external self-powered hard disk connected to USB 3.0 ports are continuously disconnected and connected.
Change cables but not solved.
The bios is 3.30, Windows 10 ultimate 64bit
USB 2.0 ports is normal.
