Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


There are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS. (Page 26)

2. If possible, please install all SATA drives to non-ASMedia controller to verify if they would lose.
And also check if ASMedia controller would disappear.
 
3. Please kindly let us know how did you check the controllers were loosed.
 
4. Please try with hard reset or software reset(restart). Did the symptom appear in sleep mode, hibernate mode, or shutdown?
 
5. Please provide the Windows 10 OS version. (build version, or OS version)
Note: You could type "About your PC" in desktop search bar to check.

At each reboot, the system loses the ASMEDIA controller or the Lan controller.
I don?™t know why?
