Also, are you positive the CD/DVD is bootable?

Hi All,

I am facing a problem with my computer. I need to format it and install Windows 7 or 10 on it. I changed the BIOS to Default by loading Default options. The device is not booting from the CD room. there is a problem with the keyboard as I can't press any key when i restart the computer to boot from the cd. the Keyboard just stops working.

After several attempts to fix this issue, now the computer is not seeing the keyboard at all.

Can anyone help me in this?
