According to your audio question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:
 
1. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS. (Page 27)

2. Remove other audio devices, only plug a speaker to rear audio to verify.
 
3. Uninstall the Audio driver from control panel>program first and reinstall the driver below to verify.

4. If possible, please reinstall OS or install another HDD/SSD with clean OS to verify.
 
5. If possible, please install other sound devices to verify.

I'm not able to listen any audio on my pc. 
If use an HDMI connection everything works, but if I use onboard audio fail.
I would like to fix my problem and a solution. 
My BIOS is 4.2 and Win10.
