I do not have a speaker to hear the beeps. The computer will act like it is starting but no video output. I then have to remove the cmos battery to reset the bios and all is good again. I know i could just leave the fast boot but the problem has me stumped and i hate to be stumped. I have installed windows 10 on both HD's. I have used Rufus to make sure that windows installs in uefi. My video card bios shows it is uefi. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Below is my system.

<h1 ="name">Intel - Core i5-8600K 3.6GHz 6-Core Processor
<h1 ="name">Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card
<h1 ="name">ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151
<h1 ="name">G.Skill - Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
<h1 ="name">Samsung - 960 EVO 500GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
<h1 ="name">Samsung - 840 EVO 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
<h1 ="name">Corsair - CXM 750W 80+ Bronze Certified
