What is all your hardware and your add-in cards ? Some add-ins like PCIe SATA controllers with a separate BIOS could cause that. Need more info :)

Hey all, I've been noticing occasionally when I start my PC in the afternoon, it may restart before it goes to the Windows loading screen. When this happens, the Ultra Fast boot setting gets reverted to disabled.
