I tried to contact asrock via https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

but totally no answer. I have broken C2550D4I motherboard. As I found, it's quite common issue with these motherboard.

My question is - how long does it take for asrock to get back with answer via those form?

Did someone try to recover motherboard by Yourself (if asrock will not answer)?

and basically... what can i do to have it fixed?

Unfortunatelly, store which sold those motherboard is not existing anymore.
