There are a few issues and I'm completely lost as to how to resolve.

The main issue is my graphics speed is locked to 400mhz. I've spent 4 hours trying to resolve this so far.

I tried Ryzen Master, but saving any profile crashes my system. I get a full-screen "green" screen and have to hard reboot. I also tried the overclocking guide here (https://imgur.com/a/ibfCe) but again, any values in the voltage (I tried 34 for 1.225 and 40 for 1.15 and 30 for 1.25) all crashed.

I'm on 1709 Windows version and the newest 4.60 BIOS.

Any suggestions?
