For some reason, every time I enable C-State support in the UEFI and reboot, the MB disables C State support. About 1 out of every 5 reboots C-State support will remain enabled. This is using the latest 1.20 BIOS. Very frustrating since my CPU won't down clock at idle.

My ASRock X99X Killer MB doesn't have this issue.

Is this is a known issue?
