    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=42671">KedarWolf</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 81252<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Nov 2024 at 12:43pm<br /><br />With my 9950x, you can use the Hyper BCLK option in BIOS only to overclock CPU AND memory BCLK together or just the CPU BCLK, no memory.<br /><br />If you could have both options available, that would be remarkable, to separately overclock the CPU and the memory BCLK.<br /><br />The fact you can't overclock the memory BCLK at all without also overclocking the CPU BCLK is not good, as overclocking the memory BCLK and without the CPU BCLK is badly needed for competitive overclocking for us that enter HWBot benchmark competitions etc.<br /><br />I believe on older platforms on ASUS and ASROCK, you had other options in the BIOS, including one that you can say set the CPU BCLK at 103.1 and separately set the memory BLCK at say 101.3 at the same time.<br /><br />That option would be ideal for competitive overclocking.]]>
