What is the secret of reaching respectively not reaching Package C7 based on bios ? Settings are the same !

Are you using the exact same Power Supply model on the new boards as you did in the older ones?
Am curious where you got C7 =<1w ?  just curious...

Here our both H110 Mainboards






For the H110M-HDS i got last year from ASRock support a beta bios which fixed C7-Package Problem as you can see in pictures.

Thank you for answering me so fast.
But in your picture only CPU-Core States are shown!  (in my picture yellow)

You only see "Package Power = 3,xx W".
That means, that Package-C-State is not in C7 !
In C7 Package consumption is < 1W !

Can you show me a picture from the program "throttle stop 8,5" ?

Regarding your case, we have tested with H110M-HDV R3.0 BIOS P7.40 default setting.

System can reach C7 state properly.

Please check with below picture.

Test system configuration:

CPU: i3-7100

BIOS: P7.40 (Default)

MB: H110M-HDV R3.0

Hello, I have bought 2x H110M-HDV R3.0 with i3-7100 + Samsung SSD and I can´t reach Package C7 State.
Only Package C3.

I also have 2x  H110M-HDS (year ago) - same software, driver settings etc. only cpu G4560, but that doesn´t matter.
There I also reached only Package C3.
I called Asrock support and got a new beta-bios from netherlands, therewith Package C7
immediately has been reached.

Now same problem, now I got answere from taiwan support that there is all right with Bios 7.4.

Anyone has got H110M-HDV R3.0 and could say me if Package C7 is reached ?
