I think i go to RMA the kit and go for a kit comptatible with QVL list for the Z370 Taichi.

Hi wardog,

The kit isn't on the QVL list from ASRock website but overclockers.co.uk said no problem with this kit (before testing).

Hi all !

I have an issue with the Z370 TAICHI and my RAM.

I have 2 x RAM from TEAMGROUP (8gb DDR4 3200mhz - cl 14/14/14/31 1.35v) and the dual channel doesn't work.

(8700K delid by CaseKing.de - 4,8 Ghz Pro edition)
Bios : 1.60 (last, no beta)
W10 x64
2x 8Gb DDR4 3200 mhz (TeamGroup - 8Pack edition)


So I test :

1x RAM (Memory device) on the DDR4_A2 (the second from the left) : work

but !


1x RAM on the DDR4_A2 + 1x RAM on the DDR4_B2 (the fourth from the left) : error !

The MB code error : 4C 00 15

If I remove the RAM on the DDR4_B2 its work...

So,

I tested with 4x RAM :
like this :

1x RAM on the DDR4_A2 : work


1x RAM on the DDR4_A1 (the first from the left)
+ 1x RAM on the DDR4_A2

1x RAM on the DDR4_B1
+ 1x RAM on the DDR4_B2

and.... error

So I can use 1x RAM ... (8gb and not 16gb...)
Dual channel dont working ?


I have 8700K (delid by CaseKing.de ; 4,8 Ghz Pro edition).
Z370 Taichi from Amazon.de
(I live in France)
