Are you sure the port does not work ? Have you tried a differant device (KeyBoard, Flash drive, etc) in it ?
Check the BIOS in Advanced > USB config and make sure all are Enabled.
The two USB under the PS2 are typically used for KB and mouse but are no differant than the other two USB 3.0 ports near the Lan port,
you can use those for KB and mouse if you want too.

I have an issue where a single usb port on my z370 gaming-k6 motherboard doesn't appear to work at all. I believe it's the fatal1ty mouse port specifically. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

I kind of want to use the port to overclock my wmo 1.1a.
