    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=9224">genedjr</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 8170<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 Mar 2018 at 4:13am<br /><br /><a href="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"></a>My system:<div>X370 Taichi, 2x8GB hynix based RAM 3200 CL16, 256GB NVME boot drive, 256GB SSD, 2x2GB (mirrored) disks, a 5TB steam library, and GTX 970 GPU.</div><div><br></div><div>- I have been running BIOS 3.30 stable for a long time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div>- I flashed BIOS 4.6 successfully.</div><div>- But now the system cannot find a boot disk.</div><div>- UEFI does list the disk in the storrage section, but not as a choice for booting.</div><div>- I did disconnect all other disks (that fixed flash for 3.30) - no boot disk.</div><div>- I did disconnect everything but one monitor, keyboard, mouse - no boot disk.</div><div><br></div><div>I reverted to BIOS 3.30 - everything works.</div><div><br></div><div>Thoughts?</div><div>...gene</div>]]>
