Your English is good.
Yes the Asrock H170 Pro4S supports 8 Tb drive if it has BIOS version 2.00 or newer and Windows 8 or Windows 10.
You might need to GPT partition drive with Acronis or other drive tool if BIOS is set to Legacy and not UEFI boot.
