Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

For memory compatibility, we provide some suggestions for checking:

1. Please clear CMOS to verify.

2. Please only install one stick memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify.

3. Please install another memory to boot into BIOS setup; use Instant Flash to update BIOS P3.40 to verify.

Hello,

Cannot start my AB350M Pro4 1.3 bios just black screen when installing Crucial DDR4.

But it runs well with Patriot DDR4.

Is it memory problem, or its not compatible with the motherboard.

Please help me.
