No unless you are using risers, yes there are 5 PCIe 16x slots which do support 5 single slot width cards (or three double width and two single width). The problem is space and a quick look into your computer case would show if you have space.

Will this motherboard support 5 doublewide video cards if i supply external power. I am currently running 4 cards (GP100) but would like to add a fifth.
