When you F2 and are in BIOS, can you left click on Advanced on top right of Main page ?
What brand mouse and is it hardwired and plugged into back panel ?

Hey guys, when i click F2 or DEL i am able to enter the setup,however when i'm here i cannot select or click anything i cannot even click any option, it simply doesnt react mouse and keyboard seems to be working, because mouse is moving and if i press ALT+CTRL+DEL the computer will restart, but i cannot simply do anything and stuck at this point, if i press f11 it does let me to choose a boot device, but if i select the usb my windows is on then it get stucks on windows icon and nothing happens
why would the bios screen be stuck on a new motherboard?

SPECS:
Mobo: ASROCK Z370 PRO4
CPU: I5 8600K Hexa Core
GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 1060 Jetstream 6gb
RAM: 2x8gb viper
