If the fans are 4 pin then you should be able to control them. Some fans are 3 pin and cannot be controlled. What heatsink/fan are you using on your CPU?

Please help, I cannot find a solution to this problem. In the bios, all fans are running 100%. No matter what I change, whether it be custom fan options or speed fan, I cannot slow them down. All of them are running 1000+ RPM's, literally vibrating my feet.

Using the P1.80 Bios, need build. All fans plugged in correctly.
