memtest isnt hardcore ram tester, anyway this error can also happen if there are some corrupted system files
try to run sfc /scannow in cmd as admin

I did a clean install on windows 10, i did memtest86 on all sticks and it came with no errors also i did the test with different ram speeds with and without the XMP profile the error still persist but ill try level 3

I have similar setup as well (in my sig).
One thing I would look out for is RAM OC as Windows98 already mentioned, try running 2800 at first, if and only if that is stable, try running 2933. By stable I mean at least one hour of mprime (prime95) balanced (CPU + MEM) test. I ran memtest86 as well, but came to conclusion that prime95 is sufficient for me.
Try LLC on level 3, SOC voltage to 1.0 volts (for me it works) and off You go.

On 4.x BIOS I haven't really tried anything more than 2933 tbh. At stock 3200, it didn't post, I'm happy with 2933. On older BIOS'es prior to 4.x I tried all combinations on everything and could not go over 2800 stable, so it was my go-to speed but once 4.x released, it changed the speed for good :)

I have a similar setup but my RAM is rated at 3000.

In my experience the K4 doesn't play well with ram higher than 2933 or so. Load your XMP profile and dial the speeds back from 3200 to 2800.

If you still have issues, you likely have a bad stick of RAM.

 Hello lately i been having Memory Management BSOD, I'm trying to identify the main culprit causing this error but first i want to know if there's any bios bugs or anything like that (everything was fine in bios 3.40). i tried reverting back to my old bios but that didn't solve anything i have made sure my OC is stable and i have tried testing my ram at different speeds to see if it was a problem with the XMP
i cleared my CMOS and i'm testing each stick (A2 B2 slot) individually, i will run memtest86 after this post.
 It normally crashes when i run demanding games or Blue Stacks.

F4-3200C16D-16GTZB Trident Z
Ryzen 1700
EVGA 650GQ
Latest Windows 10 updates
Virtualization is Enabled and SMT
***UPDATE***
Memtest86 says that there's no errors ( tried different slots and different speeds)
Blendtest said there was nothing wrong with oc
Installed Windows 10 again
Ran chkdsk and hard drive test and it  came clean
