I have a similar problem. Then the CPU LED lights up and sometimes the RAM LED blinks. I have to turn the computer off with the button and turn it on again. Then I can reset it a few times and it's ok. It happens randomly. Processor ryzen 7 9800x3d. Everything is working fine with this mobo except when it comes to rebooting.

Here is my problem:

If I shutdown the PC I can start it up again and it shows a display. Anytime I reboot though, it boots to no display.
